 Our Returns Policy

Shop with confidence knowing you can easily return or exchange your items* within 30 days.

You can return your purchase for a size exchange or refund under this Returns Policy if:

  • the product is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • its in original condition, unworn and with the tags attached (and the product is not an Excluded Product*)
  • You supply the order confirmation as proof of purchase

*Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom team or club uniforms which are ordered and stock is not held by Project Clothing.
  • Sale/clearance items can only be exchanged no refunds
  • Drink Bottles
  • Headwear
  • Swimwear

Project Clothing in accordance with the ACCC refund policy holds the rights to refuse refunds based on the consumer changing there minds on a purchase.

Project Clothing will take into consideration every refund request individually in which will provide a amicable solution.

    Please Provide the following:

    • Order Number
    • Reason for returning
    • Your return or exchange items
    • A paid postage satchel

    Refunds and exchanges once received will be processed within 2-10 business days.

    Note: Project Clothing does not take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach us.
