30 Day Return’s Policy & Guidelines

In accordance with the ACCC refund policy, you can return your purchase for a size exchange or refund under this Returns Policy if:

  • The product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item is in original condition, unworn and with the tags attached (and not an Excluded Product)
  • You supply the order number or confirmation as proof of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • Please make sure that this returns form and a postage bag is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

  • Headwear
  • Swimwear
  • Sale items
  • Custom club team uniforms (exceptions are Athletics Victoria Athletics Tasmania)

Returns via Post

  1. Fill and print out the form (also found on our website footer under: Customer Service)
  2. Include a paid postage satchel for your exchange.
  3. Post your parcel to: PO BOX 140, WARRANDYTE, VIC 3113
  4.  Your return/exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  5. When your return is processed, we will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
