Temporary Stock Discrepancy Policy

Effective Date: 24th March 2025

Due to a recent warehouse relocation and some storm-related damage to items, our inventory levels are currently not accurate. By placing an order at this time, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
  1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
    • All orders will be processed in the order they are received.
    • Any items that are available will typically ship within 1–3 business days.
    • If certain items from your order are temporarily out of stock, they will be delivered once they are replenished, at no additional shipping cost to you.
    • Despite potential delays, all items should be delivered within 6 weeks of placing your order.
  2. Partial Shipments
    • If your order contains multiple items, some may ship sooner than others based on current stock.
    • You will not be charged extra for separate shipments.
  3. Returns & Exchanges
    • Our standard Terms and Conditions regarding returns (including “change of mind” returns) remain in effect.
    • If you wish to return or exchange an item, or if you have quality concerns, please refer to our main Terms and Conditions for instructions and eligibility requirements.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    • By placing your order, you confirm that you understand the possibility of slight shipping delays due to the temporary inventory discrepancy.
    • These circumstances do not change any other parts of our Terms and Conditions or your rights under consumer law.
