How do I return or exchange my item?

In accordance with the ACCC refund policy, you can return your purchase for a size exchange or refund under this Returns Policy if all conditions are met listed.

RETURNS VIA POST

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in original condition unworn with tags (see excluded products).
  • Fill out our "Returns Form"
  • Include a paid postage satchel for your exchange.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping costs of exchange items.
  • No form or postage bag may result in your exchange not being processed.
  • Excluded Products: Sale items, drink bottles, headwear, swimwear & custom-made team uniforms.

PLEASE NOTE: From October 4th 2024 our “Local Pick Up” will change to a postage service. 
Returns & Exchanges will also be managed through our postage service.
Our regular & prompt deliveries & customer service will remain the same

    Project Clothing will take into consideration every refund request individually in which will provide a amicable solution.
